Store Labor Benchmarks Planned for 2008

We are currently compiling a list of retailers to participate in the second bi-annual Store Labor Management benchmark. The first results were highly valuable, and the benchmark model has been improved to garner more participation. For more information, check out the Store Labor Management Concepts document available in the library free to members. The benchmark will be open for all members to join in May following most retail year-end cycles. Stay tuned for more information!
